colleague runs out of ideas about what to ask. If that happens, encourage her to continue asking questions. Very often the first round of questions are the easy and obvious ones. Once your friend breaks through being stuck after the easy questions, very often the interesting and insightful questions begin. You’ll be amazed by how many questions the other person can think of that didn’t occur to you. Then, use those new questions to get unstuck. Look into these questions. Seek an answer to them. Probe further. The new questions are your access to new solutions. Practice this with your colleagues, practice it with your team and start a culture of finding new questions. Turning this into a habit is your organizations access to increasing the overall performance.
