This moment has all you need to feel alive. Come willing to leave that which holds you captive and experience something new. This three part series from 8:00-9:30 AM on June 1, 8, and 15 and taught by Julie Barrier, RYT, RM, is designed to allow you to access your innate ability to heal from past trauma.
