I’m loving the newest addition to Waterhouse Fayre’s range of tasty preserves. Their Carrot and Coriander Relish is the perfect accompaniment to a homemade curry. It’s made from English carrots and carrot juice (from James White), fine desiccated coconut and various Asian spices, including cardamom and a hint of cumin.. Yum!


A CUT ABOVE Whenever I'm prepping my evening meals, I can’t put down my brand new I.O.Shen knife. It cuts through vegetables like butter and it feels super lightweight in my hand.
