Natural Wellbeing Week at T e Lost Gardens of Heligan

T is June, T e Lost Gardens of Heligan are introducing a brand- new event which will see the Gardens become the venue for an inspiring programme of workshops, activities, talks and sessions; all created to relax you and leave you feeling upliſt ed and restored. Heligan’s Natural Wellbeing Week launches on the Summer Solstice and provides the perfect opportunity for self-restoration, with all activities aimed to positively improve mental, social, physical, emotional and spiritual health & wellbeing. Bristol Food Connections


12 – 23 June 2019


Bristol Food Connections festival is a citywide celebration of food and feasting. Residents and visitors alike will be taken on a journey and discovery of all that is great about the city’s food scene. Roam your way around Bristol’s best independent eateries and grab your very own ‘Food Passport’ to guide you from place to place and earn yourself tasters and samples as you go. Over 70 community events will be taking place throughout the festival, from Chinese tea ceremonies to wine tours, family cookery sessions and pop-up dinners. Lunch at Riverford 27 June 2019


T e Riverford Field Kitchen will be hosting a unique supper in their fi eld kitchen polytunnel this summer. Guests have the opportunity to explore their colourful gardens before settling down amongst the veg for a sharing, veggie feast. T e menu promises to show off the very best organic seasonal produce, grown onsite in the Riverford gardens and surroundings fi elds. A drinks reception will start at 6.30pm in the Field Kitchen garden and dinner will be served at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £35pp and can be purchased online at fi eldkitchen.riverford.co.uk
