JUNE What's On Theatre Royal, Norwich

What is life really like in the British Army in 2019? An intense athletic piece of theatre explores this as 10 Soldiers comes to Norwich Theatre Royal on June 4. Created by choreographer Rosie Kay who spent time watching the 4th Battalion The Rifles in exercise, it examines how the human body copes on the frontline of war. It also looks at topical issues like equality and diversity to see how they fit into military life.

Thrills of a different kind are promised for the guests at Hotel on June 28 and 29. Presented by the Canada-based contemporary circus specialists Cirque Eloize, it follows the fortunes of the guests and staff at a stunning art deco hotel. Expect acrobatics, thrills, spills and lots of entertainment from some of the world’s best circus performers.

And if you love the Beatles, you will love Let It Be. Come together and enjoy the brand new version of this global hit on June 17-22. As well as featuring many of the Fab Four’s biggest hits, it also imagines what would happen if the group reunited featuring much of the band’s best-loved solo material too.
