77, Piedmont, OK, died Febru- ary 14. He was a longtime member of Green Country Arabian Horse Association and remembered for spending much of his life helping peo- ple.

Bill Bunton, 78, Benton,

LA, died March 6 due to com- plications from a long-time ill- ness. He was an avid horseman and roper who put himself through college by training and showing horses. For 25 years, he traveled around the United States, Canada, and Mexico as a certified All-Around and Specialized AQHA Judge. He was a longtime board member of Louisiana Equine Council.

Jimmy Orrell, 85, Monti-

cello, AR, died March 12. He was a horse trainer and a mem- ber of the Foundation Cutters, the Arkansas CHA where he was a 1970 Hall of Fame in- ductee, and the NCHA where he was a 1990 Hall of Fame in- ductee. In 2014, he was NCHA’s Zane Schulte Memo- rial Trainer of the Year and in 2010 the Legends Champion. w
