Heidi Lane, Amarillo, began her new role
March 7 as AQHA’s show events coordinator. She will oversee administrative functions of AQHA-produced shows by acting as show secretary and liaison between participants and the Association and be responsible for the de- livery of quality administrative services related to conducting horse shows.

Losses Hadley German, 19, Montgomery, died
February 3. He began roping early, competed at rodeos across the state, and won many buck- les and saddles. In his short time after high school, he trained horses and was a full-time cowboy. He will be deeply missed.
