Dual compartment coldrooms offer truly flexible solution
Williams’ modular design can adapt to location.
Williams now offers truly flexible coldrooms that offer two different storage temperatures, such as chilled and frozen. Since the coldrooms are based around a modular design, they can fit just about any space or requirement.
These latest Williams coldrooms are available in a huge range of options, including different floors, doors and refrigeration systems. For example, doors can be either standard or
sliding, depending on what fits best with the operation.
As kitchen space gets squeezed by the need to fit more diners in the restaurant, Williams’ modular coldrooms allow operators to make maximum use of space, since they can be designed to match whatever is available. The Williams dual coldrooms are an ideal storage solution, since both fresh and frozen products can be stored in the one space-saving room. They can even be located outside, for example in the back yard, which can be a major advantage to space-starved operations.
Williams has seen a big demand for coldrooms that can be sited front of house. Again, the latest modular coldrooms offer the flexibility to do this. They can be clad in a wide range of finishes, to suit the décor, and can have feature windows built in to display product to the customer – such as wine, meat or cheese.
Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, merchandisers and blast chillers.
