A new seasonal cocktail from Brockmans is Berry Breeze. This fruit-filled drink is perfect for Spring and refreshing enough to remain on your cocktail menu through to Summer.
It’s a breeze to concoct and looks elegant. INGREDIENTS
50ml Brockmans Gin 40ml cranberry juice 25ml St Germain liqueur 20ml fresh grapefruit juice 20ml lime juice Garnish: an orange twist and edible flowers
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients with ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into highball glass full of ice cubes. Garnish with a twist of orange zest and edible flowers.
Bar-tenders and gin fans who know Brockmans Gin will automatically think of berries when they see that tactile black bottle. Brockmans contains notes of blueberries and blackberries. These combine with the other elegant botanicals in this gin, including the bitter-sweet Valencian orange peel, adding an intriguing complexity to cocktails.

Brockmans Gin is calling all professional bar- tenders to enter the World Gin Day ‘Brocktails’ competition with a prize for three lucky finalists of two tickets each to Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans during the period 16-19 July.
The contest opens on Friday 12 April and you need to ensure that inspiration strikes you before 11.59 pm BST on 26 May 2019, the closing date. Entrants, who must work in the on-trade, are invited to submit an original cocktail recipe, an image and the name of their ‘Brocktail’ plus contact details via a form at

Ask your customers to vote for your entry when public voting opens at 12 noon BST on Saturday 1 June; voting closes at 5pm BST on 8 June. Voting is entirely down to members of the public.
