Andrew O’Donnell joins JLL as UK Real Estate and Workplace director
JLL has announced the appointment of Andrew O’Donnell as its new UK Real Estate and Workplace director. Andrew will work closely with JLL’s operations, smart buildings, workplace strategy
and Tetris teams to deliver improvements across its UK workplaces and building facilities. Andrew joins from EY, where, as EMEIA Real Estate leader, he delivered solutions
to 90,000 people across 9 million sq ft of office space. He led the EMEIA ‘EY@Work’ workplace programme, creating activity-based workplaces across EY’s locations and building EY’s approach to flex spaces, including at EY’s new 280,000 sq ft London office.

AM Services Group has appointed former PHS Director, Annie Finlayson, as Non- Executive Director of the company from January 2019 to support the board’s strategy for high, sustainable growth. As Director of Corporate Development for PHS, Finlayson led the acquisition and
divestment programme, delivering an in-house corporate finance service to the board. She held a consultative and collaborative role as a member of the Executive Committee and was the only member to have achieved this from an entry level employee. After a successful 14-year career with PHS, Finlayson became a partner at Gambit Corporate Finance LLP where she was primarily responsible for cradle-to-grave deal generation and deal management. She now works part-time as operating partner at Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, a private investment firm providing equity capital and management expertise to leading UK companies.

Energy Assets Utilities Expands Leadership Team to Drive Growth

London-based BW: Workplace Experts has appointed Kevin Mulligan as Operational Managing Director.
Mulligan was previously Executive Director of Corporate Services and Real Estate at Goldman Sachs, where he gained three years’ experience of planning, procurement and execution of corporate workplace and amenity facilities on behalf of Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he has 25 years’ experience of the fit-out sector successfully delivering projects from £1 million to £100 million for many global and governmental clients. second of what will be three teams delivering the fit-out and refurbishment of offices and universities.
