JetGarageAsecond appeal had been lodged against the enforcement notice regarding the portable building and toilets. The clerkwas asked to report the two floodlightswhich had been installed, as they obscured sight lines for residents coming out of the Clearway. Seekers Trust The owner had until January 20, 2019 to remove the single storey building for the storage of fish. It was noted that part of the roof structure had nowbeen removed. School travel Itwas agreed to lobby the education authority, transport authority, bus companies, KCC and Liberty Property Trustwith regard to children’s travel times to schools in Tonbridge. GDPR Themeeting heard that an external data protection officerwas not needed. It was agreed to confirmwhat the policy and planwould be in the case of a data breach. Local Plan Itwas agreed to support the request fromMereworth Parish Council to contribute about £200-300 towards the cost of a transport assessment. Thiswould be taken fromthe contingency budget. Itwas agreed to object to the development on Broadwater Farmbased on air quality, loss of eco-systemand agricultural land and the pressure on the transport network. The clerkwouldwrite the responsewith the help of the chairman. Waitrose access Itwas agreed towrite to Waitrose expressing concern for the safety of pedestrians.

CllrHarrisonwould gather information and put forward a proposal regarding the CDT sports facilities. Community payback Therewaswork to be done at the Bombhole and around the hallwhich the community payback team could do. The clerkwould explore the
facilitieswithin the parish and speak to TMBC for the removal of bags. Fly-tippingAfter a socialmedia campaign it appeared that the person had decided to remove the branches fromthe Bombhole. Speed limit Itwas agreed to have a 20mph speed limit at the school. The clerkwould speak to KCCHighways to determine whether this could be arranged. Car park li�er Itwas agreed to send a le�er to the pub and brewerywith regards to the amount of li�er and the vans parking overnight at the pub. Sports field Regarding the development of the second field next to the school for sporting activities, CllrUlphwould determine the budget requirements. School traffic The school had investigated re-routing the proposed track through the school site to behind the
shed.However thiswould cost £20-30,000 and remove 10 car parking spaces, resulting in cars being parked on The Street. The school had no access to this funding. The schoolwas targeting the small number of parentswho parked inconsiderately, andwas encouraging children towalk fromthe church. The parish councilwas discussing moving the bus stop to the east of the school’smain gate,whichwas favoured by the school and bus company. Police report The only concernswere a drunkmale demanding an ambulance outside the primary school and a suspect malewith a torch near the allotments. Speed indicator sign The sign in The Street was broken and itmight not be possible to repair it. KCCwould not replace it as it did notmeet the
