Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces Classes I


mprove your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in January and Febru- ary, 2019 at locations in the Triangle and include a four-month beginner package for new students. No spe- cial clothing, equipment, or aptitude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. Students consis- tently report relief from pain, better flexibility and balance, and reduced stress.


New classes began at the Cor- nerstone Presbyterian Church, 2200 High House Road in Cary at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 2. Monday, January 7 classes begin


at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Road in Durham at 11am. In Raleigh classes begin at Blue Lotus Yoga Studio, 401 N West Street, Suite 105 at 1:30pm and at Unity Church of Raleigh, 5214 Departure Drive, at 6:30pm. New classes begin Thursday, January 10 in Durham at the Episco- pal Center at Duke, 505 Alexander Avenue from 6pm to 8pm and in Raleigh at the Church of the Nativity, 8849 Ray Road from 10am to 12noon. On Monday, February 4 new classes begin in Raleigh at the Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shopping Center (6625-015 Falls of the Neuse Road) from 10am to 11am. New classes begin at Unity of the Triangle, 5570 Munford Road in Raleigh on Tuesday, February 5. The morning class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am to 11:30am. The evening class meets Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
