2018 Honorary Member inductee, Jerry L. Donohue
Jerry L. Donohue Jerry Donohue has served on the
ICI Board of Directors for over 25 years. He was first elected in 1986 and served as president for a three-year term. In 2001, Donohue changed careers and became an Affiliate Member of the board. Donohue has also served on the education, government affairs and membership committees. Jerry is a past Director of AFS
(American Foundry Society) and served on a Trade Commission representing the Investment Casting Industry’s interests. He was a member of the Investment Casting 4L Committee on Molding Methods & Materials. Previously, Donohue was the In-
vestment Casting Systems Director for Vulcan Engineering Company; he was Vice President and General Manag- er of Accu-Cast Inc and North Ameri- can Precision Castings. Donohue has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Last year, Jerry retired from his com- pany, Mountain Equipment & Supply Company. “Now that everyday is Saturday
except Sunday.....I miss Mondays in an Investment Casting Foundry! (nah, not really!) Seriously I really enjoyed all my years in the investment casting industry and the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people. I feel very honored to be recognized by this group that has meant so much to me,” Donohue commented.

2018 Honorary Member inductee, Craig Lanham
Craig Lanham Craig Lanham, recently retired from
Ceradyne Inc., a 3M Company, received his BS Degree from Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1971. During his career Mr. Lanham spent over 44 years involved in the manufacturing of casting with 38 years of that experience in the Precision Investment Casting Industry. His experience included a healthy balance between direct investment casting manufacturing experience and management responsibilities at two investment casting foundries; Northern Precision Castings and Kovatch Castings and experience in the marketing and sales of consumables to Investment Casting Foundries; first with REMET and then Minco / Ceradyne. Over his many years in the industry Mr. Lanham has maintained a long standing and active association with the Investment Casting Institute. In this relationship, he was a committee member in the writing of their current Wax Guide publication, an instructor for 5 years to the Process Control Course and an author of several technical papers. “The ‘Member Emeritus Honor’
came as a complete surprise!” Lanham commented. “It is a privilege that I am truly honored to receive and humbled by the acknowledgment it bestows. I view it as a treasured recognition of my 40 years in the Precision Casting Industry.”
