Mote Park car charge‘greedy’

Road, Maidstone, said: “I have no problem with the parking charge during the day, as I understand the councilneeds tomake revenue, but I find it so greedy and unnecessary to charge £2 for parking after 6pm, when the only peoplewhowill be in the park are dog walkers, those at- tendingsportingevents andfamilies. “I think it is wrong that I cannot
takemy dogNed to a public park in the centre of town without paying £2 for parking or a £60 penalty. “It’s not just the fact that the park
is so local and easy forme to get to, it is also the safest.” Miss Sapiano added: “Iwouldlike

ford Road, reached speeds of 140mphwhilst strapped to a biplane. He flew over Damyns Hall Aerodrome in Oxfordshire to raise money for
the Rays of Sunshine Children’s Charity, which aims to brighten the lives of childrenwith serious or life-limiting illnesses. He raised £1,345 andwas thrilled by the generosity of his supporters. SaraRees, head of fundraising atRays of SunshineChildren’sCharitywho
