Quick BITS
Because referrals are such a strong
source of business for us, we offer monthly bring-a-friend workouts. A second marketing strategy is our three times yearly “Kick Start” nutri- tion program from Balanced Habits. We also run specials and promotions in the slower summer months and at Christmas, and we are very active on Facebook and recently Instagram. Giveaways and contests on Facebook produce a far more organic reach and more impact for us than paid advertis- ing. Giveaways have also created tre- mendous goodwill in the community.
Giving back is important While club profitability and member results are our best success indicators, another critically important measure is staff satisfaction and fulfillment.
“A big indicator of success for us is the level at which we are able to contribute to our community.”
Providing meaningful work and sustainable careers is incredibly important. A big indicator of success for us is
the level at which we are able to con- tribute to our community. We are here to make positive changes in how our community views proactive health and to truly change the generally dis- mal health of citizens in our local area. Paying forward our great good fortune is important and we come together as a community to contribute to worth- while causes year-round. Currently, the club is firing on all
cylinders. Profit margins are climbing as we continue to ramp up following our move and expansion. FBC
