Oatmeal: 2 tsp butter 187g rolled oats 45g light brown sugar 400ml plain almondmilk 1 large egg 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Topping: 2 tsp butter 50g sliced andwhole almonds 50g rolled oats 50g light brown sugar 2 tbsp butter,melted 1 tbsp all-purpose flour Pinch of ground cinnamon 400g of thawedmixed berries 2 tbsp of fat free plain yoghurt, for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dishwith a thin layer of butter. 2. For theOatmeal: Stir the oats, and sugar together in a large bowl. Whisk the butter andwet ingredients together into another bowl. Pour thewetmixture into the oatmixture and stirwell to combine the twomixtures. 3. For the topping: Stir all the
