ON September 4th 2018, the rapidly growing Consortium Multi Academy Trust proudly held their second conference at Rendlesham Primary School fo- cussing on the unique nature of every child, with trustees, local governors, teachers and support staff attending from the Trust’s member and proposed schools. Delegates were captivated and inspired by the opening speech from inspirational speaker Ri- chard McCann, whose story of overcoming adversity and shar- ing his powerful iCan approach inspired listeners across the Trust.
