KENT police has agreed to send its mobile speed camera to Chart Sut- ton after Speedwatch teams re- ported a big increase in the number of drivers topping 40mph.

ery driver, was demanding the package be handed over as he claimed there had been amistake in delivery, despite having the Keays’ name and address on the package. They said no and keeping the
package, before calling telephone provider 02, believing they hadbeen victims of a scam. MrsKeay (69) said: “I think he got
my husband’s information fromour paper bins, it’s a regular occurrence in the area. “This happened tomy neighbour
atChristmas, andshe startedreceiv- ing letters from O2 asking for money for a contract.”
