offered the facility’s first horse show of the summer, drawing over 125 en- tries. Sunday offered the facility’s first playday of the summer, resulting in champions Maya Mudd (13&u), Saman- tha Oleson (14-18), and Lee Bradshaw (19&o; Open).

The Equine Disease Communication Center


(EDCC) reported on July 5 that the OK Dept of Agricul- ture had confirmed the first Equine Infections Anemia


(EIA) in Oklahoma in 2018. A mare at a Kay County rescue facility tested positive and was euthanized. The facility was quarantined.


The Freedom Run, held in Deridder, LA, July 6-8, paid out $13,622.
