It’s been a long time coming…


Britney Spears is finally circling round to the West Midlands! Any Heart listener would be telling fibs if they deny ever singing a Britney hit into a hairbrush once or twice… even the guys!


It’s been a couple of years since we had an album from her, but she’s hardly been kicking back and relaxing. Fans have been going crazy for Britney’s ‘Piece of Me’ residency in Las Vegas since she made the city her home in 2013. She was only meant to be there for two years but that got doubled due to such high demand. After a whopping 250 performances and more than 900,000 tickets sold, the set was packed up and costumes smuggled into a van (or several!) last year so she could take it around the world and lucky us – she’s in Birmingham this month!


Tickets have flown – and she’s not even had any new music to reignite the love! That’s what’s so awesome about Britney; whether it’s ‘Baby One More Time’, ‘Toxic’ or ‘Oops! I Did It Again’


there’s a hit for everyone and you just can’t help singalong when she blasts through the speakers. We love it when we get a bit of throwback Britney in the Time Tunnel!


The girl’s a grafter. Brit’s a legend! She’s toured with almost every single album and puts on a real show every time. The stuff coming out of Vegas the past four years look nothing short of magical – so we can’t wait to see how Arena Birmingham is transformed! Those sparkly outfits, crazy dance routines… and maybe a snake or two?! (Anyone remember that iconic performance at the MTV VMAs in 2001?!)
