The Vehicle Modification Program for persons with disabilities provides funding for persons who qualify. The application process was streamlined in 2004 after funding increases and changes to the application process. Funding is available to

Office Hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday -Friday The Alzheimer Society of Brant exists to alleviate the personal and social consequences of dementia in Brant County and Brantford. We do this through the provision of information, education, counseling, and support programs and services to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia, and through information and education services to professionals and community agencies who work in dementia-related areas. Within our catchment area, there are nearly 1900 individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.


First Link Program™ First Link connects individuals newly diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia and their families to a community of learning, services and support.


Support and Counselling Staff provides confidential support/counseling in the privacy of the client’s home, by telephone, email or at the Society’s office.


Discussion Groups Discussion Groups are available for those with early stage dementia and their care partner as well as discussion groups for family members and friends.
