• Foot Care Clinics: clinics occur in many locations through Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk


• Alzheimer’s Respite Services (in Haldimand- Norfolk Only): provides respite care to clients as a means of supporting their caregivers


• Nurse Practitioner Clinic: located in downtown Brantford offers care for clients who do not have a regular family doctor. Nurse Practitioners can diagnose, treat, order tests and prescribe.


Clients can access the services of Aberdeen Health and Community Services by contacting the office, or exploring all community care options through the local HNHB Community Care Access Centre (519-759-7752).

Comcare provides nursing, personal and home support, therapy and rehabilitation and other services such as wellness promotional programs. Clients wishing to access services at Comcare should first contact the Community Care Access Centre for a needs assessment. Comcare provides the following services in our community. Please note: Some of these services may be provided by St. Joseph’s Hospital or Aberdeen Health Services as determined by the CCAC depending on your home location.
