at both ends. I remember working 40 hours per week for my employer and then putting in another four hours each day training and coaching pri- vate clients on the side and operating on minimal sleep. Today I am in charge of my own


time, and each day is different. A typi- cal day begins with my own workout followed by training clients in person


or via Skype and perhaps leading a corporate wellness session or a com- munity workshop. I always try to take a mid-day break to meet a friend for lunch, take my dog for a walk or run errands. I always I finish my day by 7:30pm to have time with my family. I also never work on weekends, some- thing almost unheard of in our indus- try. FBC
