system known as TetraMap, which examines business behavioural patterns to solve problems by transforming individual and team performance. It initially uses a personality assessment,
which, I can tell you, is spookily accurate. We tried out its four-elements test on a few colleagues to reveal their major strengths and weaknesses and how he or she could become a more balanced person. It first reveals whether your personality is

I can reveal that I ended up being designated
as fire and my colleagues told me that pretty much fitted my personality. All of the other assessments were equally accurate, with the boss being the only candidate categorised as Earth. So it is no surprise that Curium’s methods

4 CHAMBERLINK May 2018 This is not the first award Curium have won in
their 10 years and their expansion now includes global clients and offices in the US. The awards themselves were a remarkable

Chamber publications widen their appeal This month’s edition of Chamberlink marks a milestone for the magazine. We have switched to what is called a perfect bound stitching system and improved the quality of the paper, which reflects its growing success as a news, features and advertising vehicle. Chamberlink now regularly achieves record
pagination, a mark of its appeal. Its on-line sister publication, ChamberlinkDaily,
goes out to 16,000 business and individuals every morning with stories and pictures relevant to the business community. Add to that our website - which annually has
700,000 pages views - it means the Chamber provides businesses with an extensive suite of editorial and advertising opportunities. Our newsletters, which embrace all of the Chamber’s geographical and specialist sections, have 33,500 subscribers. To take advantage of this success, Chamberlink editorial and advertising contacts are on the left hand side of this page.
