Workshop: How to Get Unstuck and Move Forward in Your Life


look within ourselves, we begin to see those same polarities being played out in our everyday lives. Some examples might be victim vs. tyrant, laziness vs. workaholic, caring vs. apathy, win vs. loss. These polarities take root because of our limited, unconscious conditioned egos. It is surprising to note that all conditions on either side of a polarity eventually turn into their opposite given enough time! However, it is possible to fi nd the underlying unity inherent in all pairs of opposites within us, which in turn leads to an expanded state of consciousness and increased insight.

This workshop will introduce three methods to process mental and emotional polarities that can free us from being stuck in the past and from struggling with our goals for the future.


Audrey McMorrow, LPC is a licensed therapist, spiritual counselor and psychosynthesis coach. She is co-founder of Vast Horizons Center for Personal Growth and has a range of experience in work- ing with individuals and groups on the path of personal growth and purpose.
