Award-winning children’s author and performer Emi Lou Howe joins us again for some fantastic crafty, storytime fun.

She celebrates the festival theme of ‘A Sense of Place’ by reading a wonderful new story written especially for Weaver Words. Her new story Magnus and the Window celebrates home, belonging and community - and she needs lots of help from her young audience to create illustrations.

A crafty, story time mashup to delight youngsters and adults alike.

Emi Lou’s book Pants Hats was winner of The People’s Book Award and short-listed for The Wishing Shelf Award in 2015. It became a cult local phenomenon, raising over £5,000 for children’s charities.
