The condition causes low oxy- gen levels and high blood pres- sure, both of which can increase the risk of a future stroke.” And that’s not all, OSA can also cause heart disease, hyperten- sion, congestive heart failure, sexual dysfunction, morning headaches, obesity, depression and increase your risk of car ac- cidents due to fatigue.

Windsor, CA. ~ Jeff Reitz and his wife Lindsay are the proud owners of what is soon to be Sonoma County’s newest fam- ily friendly hotspot, Barley & Bine Beer Café. Located in the Beverage District of Windsor, at 7765 Bell Road, they join four existing successful bever- age manufacturers comprising Windsor’s Artisan Alley. Jeff and Lindsay (along with their 5-year-old son Connor) have poured all their current hopes and dreams into this distinctive café after losing their home in Coffey Park to the Tubbs fi re on October 9th. Like so many other families, they escaped

the catastrophic blaze with the clothes on their backs and their dogs in their arms. Amazingly, they have not let the devasta- tion of the fi res destroy their vision.

On the Barley & Bine Facebook page Jeff wrote as he recounts their loss from the fi re that,

“their home

was fi lled with things, but their business houses their dreams”. In the

weeks since

the fi re, Jeff has worked tirelessly towards getting their business ready to open by the start of 2018.

Barley & Bine Beer Cafe will feature 32 rotating craft beers on draft from all over the world with a focus on west coast breweries. For the non-beer drinker, the café will also of- fer 3 wines, a cider, kombucha, and cold brew coffee on draft. In addition, there is a cooler fi lled with a variety of unique bottled beers to be enjoyed on site, and a selection of non- alcoholic beverages for adults and children alike. Of course what’s great beer without great food? While you

I wanted to let my readers know that these guys have a great at- titude and never give up! I am personally proud of them all.
