Managing your finances and planning for your future is challenging enough for anyone. Being an expatriate, however, adds a different layer of potential difficulties, concerns and questions. Beacon Financial Education’s seminar will discuss topics such as personal wealth management, lifestyle and retirement planning and investment strategies, helping you to understand and set your personal finances in order, so you can make the well-informed decisions for you and your loved ones.
Permanent Residency and the steps to British Citizenship

Free for members, £25 for non-members Following a very well received and extremely valuable presentation last year, we are pleased to welcome back SA Law Immigration experts who will discuss Permanent Residency and Naturalisation. During this interactive and practical session, they will explain eligibility, the application process and factors to take into account when deciding to apply. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and take a look at the Life in the UK test.
A Christmas Walk
Saturday, 2nd December 14.00 - 16.00. £10 for members, £15 for non-members Meeting point: outside Starbucks, 34 Great Marlborough St (on Carnaby Street), W1F 7JD. End point: near Harrods
Our guide, Emma Parker, will talk to you about some of the fun, fascinating and sometimes weird traditions of a very British Christmas on this festive walk. She will talk about British Christmas foods as well as a few weird and wonderful inventions that make a British Christmas different from the rest of the world. Emma will also explain how Charles Dickens and Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s husband, helped bring back many traditions that had been lost along the way. This is a twinkling tour of nostalgia and Christmases past, and a good way to get you into the festive mood.
