Fitness Classes: The fitness program incorporates cardio and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Classes are designed for people of all fitness levels and instructors are trained on how to break an exercise down and provide modi- fications so that everyone is challenged and working to their own highest potential.
Nutritional Coaching:
THE MAX Challenge nutritional plan is based around three keys to nutritional success: the right foods, the right portions and the right timing. Members are coached on how to measure serving sizes and determine the types of foods that are most beneficial to health. All of the foods as part of this program can be found in your local supermarket.
Motivation & Support:
Most people realize that to make a significant change in their appearance they will need to change their fitness and nutritional habits, but what is most powerful about THE MAX Challenge is how to motivate yourself and surround yourself with the right influences so that you can follow through with your goals.
