There is very little change in the structure of this year’s carnival, and many events I hope you will enjoy. We try to put

RECOGNISING CARNIVAL HEROES: THE volunteers who helped to stage one of Teignmouth’s most entertaining and colourful carnivals have been honoured by the mayor. Receiving awards were Sarah Woolway (chairman), Sarah Passmore, John Bailey, Matt Vowden, Shane Maryon, Donna Norman, Paul Slocombe, Cathy Hooper and Scott Pearce.
