With Autumn in the air there has never been a better time to get out and about and enjoy the great atmosphere and warm welcome at some of your local pubs and eateries. The Bell at Bearsted is now taking bookings for Christmas. The family friendly pub is bound to be a popular choice with locals this year. They are offering a great value Christmas menu with 2 courses for £21 or 3 courses £24. Plus there is a free bottle of bubbly for tables of 5 or more if you book before 1st November. Throughout the year the family friendly pub in Ware Street offers a great atmosphere and wonderful food including a wide range of stone baked pizzas and light bites as well as the main menu. There is a great variety of entertainment too – with live music every Friday and a Rhythm and Blues night on the first Saturday of the month.


The Kings Arms in Boxley is the perfect setting to enjoy a delicious meal in front of a cosy log fire this autumn. The traditional country pub serves real ale and a seasonal menu using only the best fresh local ingredients. The pubs cosy interior features red Chesterfield sofas and exposed beams, perfect for relaxing with friends and family on a cool autumnal day. Christmas at the pub is a busy time so be sure to book early – their Christmas menu is great value with prices starting at £26.50 for a three course meal.
