SEPTEMBER 2nd 2015 saw a brand new business open in Saxmundham. When Daniel Rourke and Phil Joyce opened Seax Vapourium it would be fair to say they cre- ated a buzz. The business grew and became so popular that it was not long before they were looking for new premises. In December 2016, a shop in the Market Place


came available so Daniel and Phil jumped at the chance to move to the centre of town. Seax Vapourium sell a


wide range of premium juic- es and accessories for elec- tronic cigarettes. This is a market that is continuing to boom with more and more long-term smokers switching to electronic cigarettes and feeling the health benefits. In


fact, both Daniel and Phil were heavy smokers until around four years ago when they switched to vaping. now the pair are both very passionate about vaping and have both felt the benefits. This is where the inspiration for the business originally came from and it continues to be the driving force behind what they do. Over the last two years

Daniel and Phil have worked hard to source juices and accessories from suppliers and producers who fit with their ethos of quality and value. In fact, they are so dedicated to supplying only the best that there is not a single juice or piece of hard- ware that they have not tried and tested themselves. Dan-

stock juices that have com- plete lab reports. This may seem an obvious precaution to take, but there are many juices available that will not have been thoroughly tested. The amount of flavours available is mind boggling. Seax Vapourium currently have over 100 including; Vanilla Crème Brulee, Coco- nut Caramel Trifle, Mango Yoghurt, Strawberry Cheese- cake and Mojito, you name it and there is a flavour for it! The range of flavours and


choice is not simply to show- off, it is based around a desire to have something for every- one. Everyone has their


favourite flavours and also like to try new ones. Daniel and Phil are only too happy to offer tasters – after all, how can you expect someone to buy something that they haven’t tried? Likewise, if there is something a custom- er would like that is not in stock, the team will see what they can do to source it. This customer interaction


goes one step further, in fact the whole experience is cus-


tomer led. Daniel and Phil are joined in the shop by Rick and Mark. The whole team are experts on all things vap- ing and pride themselves on offering the best possible aftersales service. The team are happy to service the tanks and mods at no charge to make sure everything is working as it should and their customers are getting the best from their product.
