Concerts are free, although contribuons on the day for the performers would be welcome! Picnics are recommended, but not obligatory, as there will be refreshment stalls available. Dogs, bicycles and children are acceptable accessories.

ARTISANS BY THE RIVER, this year, brings you a new, vibrant and fun mix of art, music and entertainment, al fresco and free!


Our grand opening on 4th June, by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, sees the beginning of a six week Arsans’ Fesval, celebrang local talent at its best, in the park by Lymington River.


Entry is free, and we are sure you’ll enjoy browsing and buying from our talented arsans. Each week is different; a variety of musical entertainment, diverse arsans’ stalls, interesng and delighul food stalls to sample, as well as children’s entertainment. Join us and experience the difference!


On the 4th June, as the arsans pack up for home, the theatre comes out to play! From 5pm we will have “Twelh Night” al fresco, in the park by the river. ‘Rain or Shine Theatre Company’ brings you their own, highly experienced travelling theatrical entertainment; two hours of delighul comedic Shakespeare. Bring your own picnic,
