In mid‐July S B M A G
will re‐open to the public following major alteraons. To achieve this, it will need some extra volunteers working on ‘front of house’. This role involves answering quesons from the public about the Lymington area – the team has leaflets, internet access and other resources on which to draw, but local knowledge would be very useful; taking admission fees and checking membership cards; selling cards and gi items; stewarding in the galleries. An interest in art or local history would be useful, but is not essenal. Morning and aernoon sessions last for 3½ hours from Monday to Saturday, 3 hours on Sundays, and volunteers should be available at least 40 weeks a year.
