e all know that the old adage ‘one size fits all’ is a myth and that is never more true than for the Members’ Bar. We continue to work closely with our our caterers, CreativEvents, and the Museum staff to ensure that agreed standards are maintained, even at major events, and as a result we have jointly implemented several improvements and will continuously monitor and refine. These improvements include not having agency staff behind the bar and additional bar and food service in the Blue Bird Room at busy events. Be in no doubt, your enjoy- ment of the facility is our main priority. Regular visitors will be aware that a new wine list has been introduced, we hope it meets with your approval.


W March lunch offer


Bring three or more guests for lunch on a Thursday, Friday or Sunday and receive a free bottle of house wine! This is strictly for advance bookings only and every person must have a main course. It excludes major event days and Mothers’ Day. (One bottle per booking and the management reserves all rights to this promotional offer.)


Birthday celebrations


Come and celebrate your birthday with a Brooklands lunch. Book a table in the bar and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly. This is strictly for advance bookings only, with a minimum of four guests. All guests must have a main course.

offering a themed menu, such as tapas, Indian or fish and chips. Full details and menus will be made available on the BTM website.


Mothers’ Day Lunch – 26th March


Enjoy a three-course roast lunch. This offer includes a gift for mothers and a glass of bubbly on arrival. The cost is £19.50 per person, reservations only.

Don’t forget, the Members’ Bar is open for Club level members and their guests on Thursday and Friday lunchtimes and for traditional Sunday lunches (an alternative menu and vegetarian dishes are also always available). Last orders for food on Sundays is 2.00pm. On major event days this is extended until 2.30pm.


For those members who wish to bring more than six people for lunch on any day, please contact the CreativEvents Team to make the necessary arrangements.


Piano music in the bar


On 31st March and 28th April our Bulletin Editor Chris Bass will entertain lunchtime guests with some background music.
