Intrepid staff’s dream trip suggestions lead to new expeditions


Intrepid Travel has increased its range of Expedition trips for 2016- 17. The operator has added 11 new limited-departure trips based on ideas from Intrepid staff. They include walking with


Berber nomads in Morocco, searching for snow leopards in Ladakh and camel-trekking through Djibouti. Some of the previous expeditions launched in 2015 will return, including trips to Georgia, Kosovo and Papua New Guinea. Michael Edwards, UK managing


director, said: “For the second time, more than 1,000 Intrepid staff were tasked with coming up with dream trips to unusual destinations.
