MOON COTTAGE, Greenyards, Dunblane. Moon Cottage has a fairly young garden. It has grown up over the past ten to fi fteen years on the edge of farm land adjacent to a wood plantation. There are fl ower beds, a variety of shrubs and trees, a vegetable patch, fruit trees and a pond. There is also a folly! Opening Times: Sunday 12 July 2pm - 5pm. Disabled Access: Partial Admission: £4.00 Children free


DOUNE VILLAGE GARDENS A variety of creative gardens in Doune Village and Wood of Doune, most of which have never opened before. An opportunity to see behind the hedges and be inspired! Opening Times: Sunday 21 June 2pm - 5:30pm. Disabled Access: Partial Admission: £5.00, children free


LANRICK, Doune Mature policies with lovely woodland walks along the River Teith; a rural oasis where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Scotland. Magnifi cent rhododendrons. Many interesting sights and features in the grounds. The Walled Garden (two acres) is the original walled garden of Lanrick Castle (now demolished) but now a substantial work in progress. Planting began seven years ago with ornamental shrubs, climbing roses, and many varieties of espalier fruit trees. There are many interesting sights and features. Opening Times: Sunday 14 June 2pm - 5pm. Disabled Access: Full Admission: £4.00, children free


MILSEYBANK, Bridge of Allan Wonderful and interesting sloping garden with outstanding views, terraced for ease of access. Woodland with bluebells, rhododendrons, magnolias and camellias, and many other unusual plants, a true plantsman’s garden. Opening Times: By arrangement 1 April - 31 May. Disabled Access: Full Admission: £4.00, children free


BRIDGE OF ALLAN GARDENS A variety of gardens with a wide range of spring blossoms including rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias. Wonderful selection of specimen trees and shrubs, herbaceous borders, water features, ponds and many unusual plants. There is also a stumpery, rockeries, some sculptures and vegetable gardens. Opening Times: Sunday 10 May 1pm - 5pm. Disabled Access: Partial Admission: £5.00, children free
