Embrace Life, Live Life is all about community and spreading awareness of the health and wellbeing industry!
On Sunday, July 27th it will host its annual wellness community festival in the Lower North Shore area, where the wellness businesses will come together to showcase what is available in your local area.
The intent is to build relationships, allowing you to experience what is available and an opportunity to form a connection that will assist you to proactively manage your health and wellbeing.
A variety of workshops will be available, ranging from yoga, nutrition, detoxing, energy medicine, tea ceremonies, and hypno-birthing, to name a few! And all included in your general admission.
You will be able to experience a diverse range of wellness treatments, and connect with our beautiful heart felt intuitive readers. The day will also be filled with fantastic musical and stage performances, and a special guest, Rene Barics, who will be on the stage to share messages from spirit world with the audience.
Embrace Life, Live Life festivals are local and boutique, providing an intimate setting for you to connect with your local businesses, and to explore and find solutions to your questions around health and wellbeing.
