Seniors Helping Seniors has two aspects in their unique caring concept – people who receive help do better and people who give help do good and earn too. “We help with tasks such as laundry,
ironing, groceries, gardening, pet care, accompanying visits to appointments and so on. We do it with insight and excitement because the people doing the work are older and enjoy the same things. We also provide for families living with dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer, diabetes and mobility and confidence issues,” says Christian Wilse (pictured top right), the Owner and Manager at Seniors Helping Seniors. Loss, worry and loneliness affects many of us and it is difficult to take that first step to make contact – but pick up the phone and make that call. The Seniors Helping Seniors’ mission is to make everything easy and straightforward – and you are worth it!
The Seniors Helping Seniors team of active seniors is brilliant. Experienced, mature people. “Our providers love the work and the rewards are so much more than the earnings,” adds Christian. Not everyone has a friend, family or neighbour to commit to scheduled visits. A relationship with Seniors Helping Seniors is private, objective and designed around your individual requirements. “We recommend local charities’ fantastic support; we also work with

them when their resources are not enough. We work with providers of personal and medical care. Every angle is covered.”
The Seniors Helping Seniors team of vetted and approved 45 to 80-year-olds helps in Canterbury and the villages and towns of Thanet. Because the emphasis is on matching people and making sure the same person visits every time, more providers are needed to join the team. Christian says: “All our care providers
are inspiring people. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all loving, giving, caring, compassionate people and a true joy to be around.”
After 16 years, Seniors Helping Seniors came to Kent last year. The strict code of conduct gives peace of mind and guarantees. “It’s about the client and our
provider making great connections,” says Christian.
