Spa planned for Great Yarmouth facility

Great Yarmouth’s Marina Centre is in line for a redevel- opment which is set to include the introduction of a spa. Great Yarmouth Borough

Council (GYBC) is in discus- sions to fi nd funding for a £3m regeneration of the iconic sea- front centre, which houses a 25m swimming pool, a health and fi tness club, indoor bowls green and sports courts. The council is eager to

Spa Business Association prepares for Spa Week

The eighth annual National Spa Week – organised by the Spa Business Association – will take place between 17 and 23 September. T e event is the largest promotional cam-

paign for the spa industry in the UK and last year saw, more than 100 spas nationwide come


together for the promotion – designed to raise the profi le of spas and accredited salons. Operators can take part by off ering money-

off deals and two-for-one off ers to increase consumer awareness of the spa industry. Details:
