Top synchronized skaters selected for DREAM program
by LESLIE GRAHAM U.S. Figure Skating’s DREAM (Determination, Responsibility, Educa-
tion, Achievement, Motivation.) program has evolved with the goal of using the skating and leadership skills of America’s top synchronized skaters to influence the lives of developing skaters. Each year skaters are selected from a highly accomplished pool of appli-
cants from Team USA synchronized skating teams to join U.S. Figure Skating in various programs to support and promote synchronized skating in the Unit- ed States.
U.S. Figure Skating is pleased to welcome the 2015 DREAM program members. Tese athletes volunteered at the 2014 Synchronized Skating Train- ing Festival and will volunteer at the 2015 DREAM camps, as well as local programs. Any U.S. Figure Skating member club or synchronized skating team may contact U.S. Figure Skating to request that a DREAM athlete attend its special program or camp. School. She is a member of the Saint Louis Synergy junior team. Molly Farber is a senior at Montclair High School. She is a member of the
Synchroettes junior team in Essex, N.J. Lindsay Grajek is a senior at Fitchburg State University majoring in pre-
med. She is a member of the Haydenettes in Lexington, Mass. Dana Manson is a sophomore at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, ma-
joring in psychology, with a minor in coaching. She is a member of the Miami University senior team. Eliana Marositca is a freshman at Wellesley College in Boston. She is a
member the Haydenettes. Lindsey Maynard is a senior at Grass Lake High School. She is a member
of the Hockettes from Ann Arbor, Mich. Ashley Mulhern is a senior at Miami University majoring in early child- hood education, with a minor in coaching. She is a member of the Miami University senior team. Sharon Neff is a junior at Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass.,
majoring in special education teaching and is a member of the Haydenettes. She previously skated for the Crystallettes senior team in Dearborn, Mich. Ashley Tomich is a sophomore at Merrimack College majoring in elemen-
tary education. She is a member of the Haydenettes. Devin Wang graduated from Boston University in 2014 with a major in athlete training. She is a member of the Haydenettes.
