Burghley Horse Trials renewal of Agreement with Land Rover
Kerman & Co advised on all aspects of the sponsorship agreement between Land Rover and Burghley Horse Trials, which will see the partnership through to the end of 2017. Land Rover’s association with the world-renowned eventing competition has been established for many years, being the official vehicle supplier since the early 90’s and becoming title sponsor in 2005.

Round Hill Capital acquires Dutch residential portfolio from CBRE Global Investors for around €180 mln
Round Hill Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition, via Round Hill Dutch Residential Investment SCS, of a portfolio of residential units located throughout the Netherlands from funds managed by CBRE Global Investors for approximately EUR 180 million. The transaction represents the largest Dutch residential portfolio acquisition since the financial crisis.
The acquisition marks Round Hill Capital’s entry to the residential market in the Netherlands. The portfolio comprises 1,534 units spanning approximately 140,000 sqm, which are situated in attractive markets across the Netherlands.
