to fleet trade delegates. The Silverstone Wing and Stowe Circuit had to provide suitable space for multiple car displays, arrange for a dedicated seminar area and cater for test driving. It needed to deliver all these elements in a manner that would appeal to all of the 350 delegates, and to provide a suitable occasion
for manufacturers to showcase new products. With vehicle access to both areas, Halls
One and Two were used as indoor exhibition space for manufacturers to present their electric, hybrid and other low-carbon vehicles to the fleet industry. Hospitality units were immediately outside the garages below the exhibition halls, which were used for vehicle storage. Levy Restaurants, and a gastropub-style lunch in the East Stand. The conference then continued with guest speaker Sir Geoff Hurst MBE closing the presentations. Client feedback described it
as a funky but professional venue that provides real kudos to an event. “Under the Bridge is an interesting space that lends itself perfectly for any conference,” says Chrissie Jamieson, Head of EMEA Marketing at MarkMonitor.
