A Spiroflow Bulk Bag Discharger and a Flexible Screw Conveyor are in action at the Multisol spe- ciality chemicals site in Irlam, Manchester. During the manufac- ture of Multisol’s ‘Adblue’ solu- tion, the Discharger handles 14 bags of Urea Prills per batch, which take approximately 10 min- utes per bag to discharge into the chute. The Prills are then con- veyed to the top of the process vessel by the Spiroflow Flexible Screw Conveyor.
