iPHONE IMRAY
Imray has launched the first of a series of applications to run on the Apple
iPhone providing quick reference information for sailing crews. Subjects will
include buoyage (IALA A and B, also cardinal marks), motorsailing lights and
shapes, rules of the road, making distress radio calls, racing rules, chart
symbols, tides and weather. These ‘apps’ will be available from www.apple.
com/uk/iphone/appstore. Following this launch, Imray plans to offer a full
navigation program for the iPhone with downloadable charts, all based on
its successful Imray Digital Chart system, which runs on computers.

Vango has long been producing vacuum flasks,
pots and pans in stainless steel, but new to
the list is a 1.8ltr stainless steel kettle and two
sizes of mug. The kettle has an insulated handle
designed to provide a safe grip, a removable
lid for easier filling and a flap-up whistle on
