Rig Your Boat
for Cruising!
Completing the Ensemble
Here’s a picture of Dave Soukup who won the

sweatshirt that you donated to our Islander Yacht Club
2009 Rendezvous, at Port Ludlow, WA. He already had a
Standing Rigging • Running Rigging • Ground Tackle hat to match. Dave and Beth have a 36’ Islander, named
Meander.
I’ll send something in the spring to promote next year’s
Islander Rendezvous in June.
Thanks,
Eileen Schoener
Glad we could complete Dave’s ensemble, although we do
have some new hat colors available (black and forest green), so he
can mix and match.
2009 NW Ranger Rendezvous a Success
The 4th annual Ranger Rendezvous was another
success as the attendees met in Port Orchard, Washington.
The rendezvous coincided with the Port Orchard Yacht
Club Dock party and a smorgasbord of fried chicken and

salads. Free margaritas and live band ensured all had a
good time.

It was noted that Jim and Macia Snow’s Yankee, from
or visit our Onsite Rigging Locations in:
Port Orchard, and Loren Leader’s Black Dragon, from
Victoria, have attended all of the rendezvous.
Seattle, WA Alameda, CA San Diego, CA
The attendees decided that future rendezvous will

be held annually in the same location and time to ensure

be held in Friday Harbour June 25th-28th.
