This net caught a handful of fi sh.


Important Findings For the next week, we searched for fish. We saw a lot of leeches, but no fish. Lake Edib was fishless. So were three other lakes. But they had other life: frogs, dragonflies, diving birds, freshwater shrimp, and crabs.


I did find fish in other places. I visited 33 rivers and collected more than 3,500 samples of fish. T is information will help other scientists study this area. As for me, I'm already planning my next trip!
