Multisensor Measurement
Company will show multiple optical and optical-contact sys- tems including the Zeiss O-Inspect, a multisensor measuring machine that has become updated with more customizable, fl exible options for use in wider applications. Additions to the line offer users greater selections of machine sizes, confi gurations and options. The systems offer optical measuring options in sev- eral sizes, load capacities and contact probes. Ap- plications include measure- ment of dental implants, tiny vehicle parts and sensitive
smartphone components. For workpieces that are either too small or delicate, or when large quantities have to be measured, users can simply switch on the Zeiss O-Inspect camera sensor. For 3D characteristics, the benefi ts of the contact sensor come into play. The chromatic focus sensor closes the gap between the contact and camera sensors. Collaborative Robots
Company will demonstrate its line of lightweight and fl exible robot arms. Danish-designed robots automate production in all industries. The industrial robot line consists of six- axis articulated robot arms including the UR3 model, handling payloads of up to 3 kg (6.6 lb) and a work- ing radius of 500 mm; the UR5, with payloads of up to 5 kg (11 lb) and an 850- mm working radius; and the UR10, a 10-kg (22 lb) payload robot with a work- ing radius up to 1300 mm. Besides the three collaborating robot arms, the company offers Universal Robots+, an ecosystem that provides space for creation of applications within the free developer program +YOU.
