Have technical expertise in the field of metalcasting? Want to share that knowledge to help others become more effective in their jobs? Teaching an Institute course may be for you. Te Institute is currently accepting applications for instructors in all areas of metalcasting. Candidates should:


• Have teaching and/or coaching experience • Possess 5 years of hands-on experience in the metalcasting industry • Feel comfortable with speaking to large groups • Be willing to teach at least twice per year and travel

• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process

Midwest Foundry Products Sales Representative Position


General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.


Core Functions:


• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.


• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.


Qualifications:


• Possession of a post-secondary degree preferably in business or technical field related to the metals industry.


• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).


• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.


• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. • Valid driver’s license.
