Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Level III / Level II


Established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is seeking applicants Non Destructive Evalu- ation Level III. Be capable of developing and approving procedures and techniques, interpret- ing, codes, standards and specifications. Have sufficient practical background in the casting process to establish NDT procedures and make accept/reject decisions based on the review of production and reference radiographs. Prepare reports and other documents. Ability to read casting drawings. Must be currently certified or able to be certified within 6 months of hire to the requirements of SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410 as Level III in one or more NDT methods. Experi- ence with ASME B&PV Sections III, V, VIII desired. Ability to train Level I and II individuals, and conduct qualification/certification activities. Desire to learn and grow within the organization


Foundry Engineer


Well established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is seeking applicants Foundry Engineer position. Must have good analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of general manufacturing processes and basic knowledge of metal casting processes. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline plus 2 or more years experience in steel manufacturing environment, Computer Aided Design experience, Solid Works, Esprit and Magmasoft a plus. Demonstrate process improvement and have a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

This position will be responsible for the production and quality of the castings as well as the development of product cost and customer quotations. Candidates should have strong people skills and be able to function well in a job-shop envi- ronment. A team player with a high level of multi-tasking skills is a must. A strong background in quality is also a plus. B.S. in Engineering preferred, preferably in Materials or Metallurgy and a minimum of five years Aluminum foundry experi- ence. Prior experience with gating and risering and casting layout is a definite plus.
